Mrs. Onofeghare Bose Bel Okaka (née Ikolo) was born on October 17, 1982, to the loving family of the late Chief Alfred Ikolo and Mrs. Stella Afinni.
From an early age, Bose was known for her bold spirit, kindness, generosity, and unwavering compassion toward others. She possessed a remarkable heart for service, always placing the needs and well-being of her family, friends, and those around her above her own. Her generosity and selflessness touched countless lives and earned her the love, admiration, and respect of everyone she encountered.

She is survived by her loving mother and stepfather; her devoted husband; her three beloved children, Ama Estee, Aaron Esheku, and Alexandra Okaka; and her cherished sisters, brothers, cousins, aunties, uncles, and friends.
Above all, Bel was a faithful believer in Jesus Christ who loved worshiping through song. She found great joy in cooking, shopping, and traveling, and she treasured every moment spent with her family and loved ones. Her warmth, faith, joyful spirit, and unconditional love will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
